Welcome to my blog! My name is Keith and I am a wedding photographer in the Virginia/DC area. I specialize in capturing amazing details and real moments for brides and grooms, wedding after wedding. This blog follows both my personal and professional life and features images from the weddings I shoot, as well as my numerous destination weddings across the country. It's basically like my own personal diary combined with an information source for my current and potential clients abroad. This site is a little more informal and I just want to give everyone a sense of who I am and what I am all about. My goal is to keep you inspired on a weekly basis. Ashley & John, Freeport, Grand Bahamas

Ashley and John, I just want to take the time to thank you for a wonderful experience. Your destination wedding was truly spectacular! Your family and friends were truly the best. Despite a 4 hour delay in Atlanta, I truly enjoyed the experience with all of you in the Bahamas. Kudos to my assistant Dee who helped me with this great wedding. And to the staff of professionals at the Sheraton and the Weston. Ashley and John, have a safe journey back to LA. But before you go, here are a few cool shots for your viewing pleasures. Enjoy!!

Destination: Freeport Bahamas Day 2

Day two in the Bahamas was a blast.  Last night, I hung out with John, Ashley and the bridal crew.  After a two-hour photoshoot, we went to our favorite bar and had some pina coladas.  After that, we went over to Pisces and had lobster pizza.    It was some of the best pizza I have ever had!!   I went to the casina and won $100 yanking the one arm bandits.  Ashley looked at me and told me to cash out.  So I did.  Any other time I would have given it right back.  Thanks Ashley! :)  Ashley’s peeps are sooooo cool!  I am truly having a great time with all of her family and friends.   Oh yeah, here are a few snaps from our two-hour shoot on day two.  More to come!!

Pam & Rick, Portsmouth Renaissance

On July 26th, I had the honor of photographing the wedding of Pam & Rick’s wedding at 3rd Baptist Church in Portsmouth.  The reception took place at the Portsmouth Renaissance, where 500 of their closest friends and family took part in the festive occasion.  Pam’s sister Patricia, the former Mrs. Virginia queen and wife of football superstar Emmitt Smith, pampered her big sister as if she were preparing to run for Mrs. Universe!   Pam was simply drop dead gorgeous!!!  Special thanks to wedding coordinator’s M. Jamie & Derek, Portsmouth Renaissance

On July 19, I had the honor of shooting the wedding of Jamie and Derek.  It was truly an amazing wedding!  Jamie and Derek’s special day went on without a hitch thanks to awesome family members and the staff of the Renaissance.  Paul, I hope you enjoyed the stellar cigar I gave you.   It was awesome talking to you and hearing about how you make things happen!!  Jamie and Derek are truly in great hands!  Jamie and Derek, thanks for trusting me with your special day.  Here are a few of my favs while you enjoy the rest of your honeymoon!!
